We do not carry inventory - all decals are cut and hand weeded for you after your order has been received. Please allow up to 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be cut, weeded, taped and shipped. Bulk and personalized orders may take longer.

When will my order ship?

Most items ship within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order is received. We do not carry inventory, all orders are hand cut and weeded after they have been received. Please allow additional time for custom and bulk orders.

How will my order be sent?

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) by either First Class or Priority Mail. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation with a delivery confirmation number. Tracking is available for orders sent by priority and express mail within the United States.

International tracking is only available for Canada orders at this time.

Please note that USPS is a third party company and not directly connected with LDS VINYL DECALS, LLC. Actual delivery time is dependent upon carrier based circumstances and is not guaranteed by LDS VINYL DECALS, LLC. All packages marked ‘Delivered’ by the USPS will be considered delivered. We accept no responsibility for any damaged, lost or stolen packages after they are delivered by your local postal carrier.

Local Delivery Options

FREE DELIVERY in Rexburg, Idaho.

Select “Free Pickup or Delivery” during the checkout process. We will call you to schedule pickup/delivery.

*Free delivery is only available in Rexburg – not Idaho Falls, sorry.

Shipping Insurance

LDS VINYL DECALS, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Purchasing insurance covers your shipment in the event it is damaged or lost in transit. Items are not considered lost by USPS until 30 days have lapsed from date of mailing the shipment. If you do not purchase insurance, and the shipment is either damaged or lost, the items will not be replaced.

Insurance fees for the USA are as follows:

$00.01 – $50.00 = FREE Insurance Included by USPS
$50.01 – $100.00 = $2.75
$100.01 – $200.00 = $3.30
$200.01 – $300 = $5.50
$300.01 and over = $6.75

International insurance is sometimes available, please contact us before ordering.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, no returns are accepted.

All finished items, decals/stickers and lettering are custom made to order. All sales are final. For items damaged during shipping, please contact us for replacement information.

What if something I ordered is missing?

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon it’s delivery. If a piece of your order is missing or incorrect, please call us at 208-521-6943 WITHIN 7 DAYS so that we may quickly correct the issue.

*If you allow more than 7 days to go by after receiving your order before inspecting it and notifying us, we will be unable to assist.

What if my vinyl is damaged during application?

Vinyl damaged/ruined during application is not eligible for return. However, we can send an exact replacement for a reduced fee, please contact us for replacement information.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that our vinyl products will be compatible with all surfaces or that they will work on one wall in the same way as another. Not all walls, painted surfaces and textures are created equal. LDS VINYL DECALS, LLC shall not be held liable in the rare event that any damage or paint removal is caused during installation or removal of our products. Apply at your own risk.

If you are not sure if vinyl will stick to your desired surface, please contact us for a sample piece of vinyl to test out before you buy.
